Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused, unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Custom-made or personalized items may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
• Perishable items must be returned before their expiration date

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage until your return is processed.

General Legal Requirements

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will process your cancellation and provide a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation if production has already begun. In such cases, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

The refund will include the purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless we are at fault.

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
